Some health advice for our guests:
• Of course, we follow all the guidelines of the authorities that are specified. • We adhere to hygiene measures in all areas.
• The most important thing, as we all know, is to keep distance. Therefore, we ask you when entering the hotel or breakfast room to observe the prescribed minimum distance from other guests
• We kindly ask you not to hug or shake hands at the moment. We have disinfectants at the reception and at the entrance.
• With simple rules we can all get through this time well! Thank you for that.
• If you need a PCR test, the pharmacy and doctor are available in St. Anton by prior arrangement by telephone. These tests are chargeable.
Protective mask
The FFP2 mask is currently compulsory in the Hotel, in all public places, restaurants, museums and in stores.
Hygiene is an important matter for us
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of all public areas and especially of all neuralgic areas (door handles and railings).
• Disinfection dispenser.
• Daily room cleaning with disinfecting products.
• Regular ventilation of all rooms with fresh, soothing mountain air.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
UNTIL DECEMBER 19
• You can cancel free of charge with us up to 14 days before arrival.
• If you cancel between 14 – 8 days before the day of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total cost.
• If you cancel within the last 7 days before the day of arrival, we will charge the full amount (100%).
FROM DECEMBER 20
• If you cancel between 59 – 30 days before the day of arrival, we will charge 40% of the total cost.
• If you cancel between 30 – 8 days before the day of arrival, we will charge 80% of the total cost.
• If you cancel within the last 7 days before the day of arrival, we will charge the full amount (100%).
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room price will be charged for the entire period booked.
All reservations and changes are only valid in writing with confirmation from us (e-mail).
Money back guarantee: In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown without the possibility of travel, you can, even at short notice, cancel for free!
The standard cancellation guidelines apply if travel to St. Anton is still possible, but the guest decides to cancel the booking for other reasons. (e.g. also in the event of a travel warning from the responsible ministry from the country of entry)
